2.3. Backup: You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for backing up all data, software, information, or other files stored on your computer, hard drive, network, or any other storage media before receiving services from Easy Tech. Easy Tech shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any such data.
3.1. Pricing: Service fees are based on the quoted rates provided by Easy Tech (e.g., via quotes@easytech.cv). All prices are subject to change upon notice.
3.2. Billing: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or quote. Failure to pay fees when due may result in the suspension or termination of service.
4.1. Professionalism: Easy Tech staff are required to conduct all service activities with the utmost professionalism, competence, and integrity.
4.2. Confidentiality: Staff are bound by strict confidentiality agreements regarding all client data, business operations, and sensitive information accessed during service delivery, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
4.3. Compliance: All staff activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations, and external governing laws.
In no event shall Easy Tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
